As a Christian I would like to wish everyone Merry Christmas.  For those who aren’t, Happy Holidays.  But for me Christmas is a time to reflect on the joy and gift that was given to us by our Creator.  He sent his only son to us for salvation.  Christmas is a time to remember the birth of Jesus Christ, who ultimately dead for our sins.  Most of you know that, but I feel the need to proclaim it as a devoted follower.  I pray that all of you have a wonderful time with your families, and may God bless those who don’t love ones to spend this joyous time of the year with.  To our Troops both abroad and at home, may God Bless you and your families as well.  As a former cop I would be re-missed if I didn’t show some love for the men and women in blue. Some of them will be working tomorrow.  I know from experience how difficult it can be to have to be away from your family on Christmas day.
